On Monday, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Romeo Crennel hinted that there was a possibility that Ricky Stanzi could play against the Colts this weekend because of a Brady Quinn rib injury.
Crennel said, "They're evaluating his ribs to see what they look like. We'll know a little more later on tomorrow about that situation."
Well apparently the Chiefs know enough. Brady Quinn will start in Week 16 against the Indianapolis Colts. This means that Ricky Stanzi will likely not be active again this weekend.
Meanwhile, Brady Quinn was in good spirits when asked about his sore ribs:
#Chiefs QB Brady Quinn has sense of humor. Asked 'How are the ribs?' today, he said, "The ribs are good, especially here in K.C." #Colts
