The Kansas City Chiefs are underdogs against the Oakland Raiders. The Chiefs opened as 1.5-point 'dogs and now that number is up to three points in favor of the Raiders.
More: Odds for all games
The game is in Oakland and the Chiefs are awful so I shouldn't be surprised by the line but whenever the Chiefs are 'dogs in a game like this it really reminds me what the rest of the league thinks of them -- that they're really bad.
Breaking news?
This was the only game the Chiefs had a shot at being favored in the rest of the year but with it being away you knew they wouldn't be. The Chiefs are going to host the Indianapolis Colts next week where they'll surely be 'dogs and then the following week is a trip to Denver where the only question is whether the line will be single or double digits.
So, kinda depressing if you're looking at the season. Not so depressing if you're looking to April.
