Chiefs bring Bryan Mattison back, cut Neiko Thorpe

The same move they made on Saturday.

Benny Sieu-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

On Saturday the Kansas City Chiefs cut offensive lineman Bryan Mattison and elevated defensive back Neiko Thorpe from the practice squad.

Today they did the exact opposite -- Mattison is back and Thorpe is gone.

Mattison was signed after the Rodney Hudson injury. Along with Russ Hochstein, he provides depth along the offensive line. The Chiefs probably need another offensive lineman in there for practice purposes.

Thorpe could be re-signed to the practice squad soon. He was an undrafted free agent this year.

That about covers today's moves.
