Chiefs injury updates: Peyton Hillis, Derrick Johnson, Glenn Dorsey and more for Thursday

The Chiefs have 10 players on Thursday's injury report.

Good news and bad news on the Kansas City Chiefs injury front. Jon Baldwin, who didn't practice on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, was a full participant on Thursday so I think you have to think he's going to be OK this weekend against the Baltimore Ravens. Also good news is that Brandon Flowers, who was out yesterday, did practice fully on Thursday.

Previously: Wednesday's injury report

Now for the bad news. Six of those eight players who were out yesterday were out again today.

Did not practice: Jalil Brown, Glenn Dorsey, Peyton Hillis, Derrick Johnson, Ropati Pitoitua, Devon Wylie and Kendrick Lewis

Lewis is the new name on there. He was limited yesterday and out today for non-injury reasons. Still seems like he has a shot to make his return on Sunday.

The rest of this list is very concerning right now. Dorsey has been out since last week and Hillis even before that. DJ has played hurt before but he hasn't practiced since hurting his groin in the Chargers game.

Oh, and the guy who replaced Dorsey last week? Yeah, he's been out for two days in a row now, too.

Full practice: Jon Baldwin, Brandon Flowers, Ryan Lilja

Looks like all these guys will be able to play. Lilja has been on this list a couple of times and ended up playing anyway.
