It looks like the Chiefs have a new player: Bryan Kehl.
The Chiefs haven't announced it yet but this linebacker appears to be the newest member of the team.
LB Bryan Kehl is signing with the Chiefs, according to his agent, @mrhoffy.

Very happy for LB Bryan Kehl who is now a member of the Chiefs. #chiefs #nfl

Kehl was drafted by the Giants in the fourth round of the 2008 draft and spent two years there before moving onto the Rams and then the Redskins the last two seasons.
Here's what the Chiefs latest depth chart looks like at inside linebacker...
RILB Derrick Johnson, Cory Greenwood
LILB Jovan Belcher, Brandon Siler
...assuming he does play inside linebacker. He played outside earlier in his career but inside with the Redskins 3-4. He's also got some special teams ability, which is presumably part of the reason behind the signing.
So...who just got cut?
