Chiefs injury updates: Jon Baldwin, Cyrus Gray both miss practice

The Chiefs now have 11 players on the injury report.

Denny Medley-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Jon Baldwin popped up on the Kansas City Chiefs injury report last week but played in Sunday's game against Baltimore. On Wednesday, he was limited in practice with the same hamstring injury.

On Thursday, he did not practice.

That's gotta be a little concerning. You want players to improve as the week goes on.

Your Thursday practice report is below:

Previously: Wednesday injury report

Out: Matt Cassel

Officially official.

Did not practice: Baldwin, Glenn Dorsey, Cyrus Gray, Peyton Hillis, Devon Wylie

Dorsey and Hillis may not play this weekend. They haven't been practicing. Gray is a new addition to the injury report -- he has an illness.

Limited practice: Shaun Draughn, Ryan Lilja

Draughn has been limited two days in a row now. Lilja has been on the injury report lately but still playing.

Full practice: Jalil Brown, Kendrick Lewis, Ropati Pitoitua

If Dorsey doesn't go, Pitoitua becomes a lot more important. He was a surprise scratch last weekend against the Ravens. And Kendrick Lewis, maybe, finally this is the week.
