Whenever the Kansas City Chiefs play the Indianapolis Colts, I tend to mark that down as a loss. QB Peyton Manning seems to always give the Chiefs fits and come out on top.

But what if Manning isn't playing?

We all know about his neck injury and that he's been ruled out for Week 1. The latest Manning news has us wondering if he'll be around in Week 5 when the Colts host the Chiefs. Via PFT:

With rampant rumors and reports regarding the status of quarterback Peyton Manning, a source with knowledge of the situation tells us that Manning could have neck surgery as soon today, and that he will miss "significant time" as he recovers.

What does "significant time" mean? Past Week 5?

It's always so difficult to predict how a team will do each year because we never know how good or bad each team on the schedule will be. Things can change from year to year quite a bit and the Colts are a great example of that.
