Kansas City Chiefs QB Matt Cassel went on 810 WHB yesterday and said several times that he plans on playing Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Cassel suffered a rib injury last Thursday in the preseason finale against the Green Bay Packers.

Cassel was asked if Todd Haley had told him specifically that he was playing and Cassel sorta, kinda left the door open saying he and Haley hadn't talked specifically about that.

If Cassel left any doubt after that interview, Haley squashed it this morning on a conference call with Buffalo reporters confirming he expects Cassel to play on Sunday.

There's more: Bills head coach Chan Gailey said in a conference call with Kansas City reporters (via Josh Klingler) that they too are preparing as if Cassel will play on Sunday.

So pretty much everyone has already said (twice in some cases) that Cassel will be playing on Sunday.
