The Kansas City Chiefs have three players on their initial injury report for Sunday's Week 3 game against the San Diego Chargers. Those three are WR Jonathan Baldwin, DE Wallace Gilberry and LB Tamba Hali.
Baldwin was limited in practice, which is an upgrade for him. He's been out of practice all season so his injured thumb must be improving. Here's Kent Babb's story on Baldwin's progress.
Gilberry was also limited in practice with a neck injury and there's no word on any details there. They'll need him in the nickel this weekend against a very effective Chargers passing attack.
Hali was a full participant in practice today. He lands on the injury report after injuring his ankle last weekend against the Detroit Lions. Practicing fully on a Wednesday is a good sign for playing on Sunday.
The Chargers haven't released their official injury report for Wednesday yet but Kevin Acce of the San Diego Union-Tribune notes these players appeared to not be practicing: TE Antonio Gates, WR Malcolm Floyd, RB Mike Tolbert, DE Luis Castillo.
