Prediction: Dwayne Bowe is going to be very good again.

OK, I don't really know how he'll perform during the regular season but, compared to last year's training camp, things are going well right now.

The story line from day one last year was Bowe coming into camp in great shape, looking sharp and clearly working hard to improve his game. That was obvious from the very first practice. We were coming off of the 2009 offseason when Bowe came in upwards of 30 pounds overweight and looking like a guy who was taking diuretics to lose weight because he didin't put in the work during the offseason.

This year's Bowe reminds me of last year's Bowe and last year's Bowe was the best Bowe. (Say that real fast 10 times).

He has more help this year which means either A.) Bowe gets less attention from the secondary or B.) he free up defenders for the other guys. I'm guessing it's the former.

Plus, and this is a big one: Bowe's entering a contract year. There is absolutely no better way to motivate someone than to dangle free agency or a long-term deal in front of their face.
