More Former Baltimore Ravens Players Are Available

The Kansas City Chiefs have shown an affinity for former Baltimore Ravens players this offseason signing three of them -- NT Kelly Gregg, FB Le'Ron McClain and OT Jared Gaither. Maybe it was a coincidence -- Todd Haley says it was -- or maybe they decided, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Whatever the case may be, if the Chiefs are looking for more former Ravens players, there are a few more available. The Ravens released nine players on Saturday after their third preseason game on Thursday night.

OT Oniel Cousins, WR Justin Harper, DT Cornerll Banks, C Ryan Bartholomew, T Brady Bond, WR Rodney Bradley, linebacker Anthony Leon, TE Jonathan Stupar and WR Terrell Zachery.

The intriguing name there is Cousins who played some right tackle in Baltimore before switching to guard in training camp. He was the Ravens third round pick in 2008 and didn't have much success at tackle while he was in Baltimore.

Would the Chiefs be interested in any of these guys? After three holding penalties from OT Barry Richardson on Friday night, I wouldn't rule anything out.
