The story of the day around these parts is the 610 Sports report that WR Jonathan Baldwin injured his wrist during a training camp fight with RB Thomas Jones. Chris already gave you his five quick thoughts on it and, because I have no originality, here are my three quick thoughts on it.

This is going to follow Baldwin for a while. Remember how I said first impressions do matter? It was a few months ago and I was wondering where all these "diva" stories about Baldwin had gone. He seemed like a good dude, wasn't causing any trouble and generally not displaying the "diva" tag he was labeled with entering the draft. Now that this fight has happened, his image has changed, and it's very difficult to break that image. It's a tough road ahead for him.

So will Thomas Jones play tonight? We don't know who started the fight. We don't know the details of the fight. We don't know what this was over. We don't know anything about it. But it'll be interesting to see if Jones plays this evening against the Ravens. We can speculate on what that means but we won't really know if Jones playing means he's not at fault. It'll be interesting to watch, though.

Fights frequently happen during training camp. This, we know. It happens more than we would ever know, actually. What's different is that fights that leave your first round pick with an injured wrist and out for a month or more don't happen very often. That's what's different about this.
