When was the last time we heard from WR Dwayne Bowe? I can't even remember at this point. I think at the end of the season.
Anyway, I came across this video on YouTube that includes an interview with Bowe. I can't quite tell where he is or what the event is but the person in the video says they're the sports editor for Ology.com.
There wasn't any ground-breaking news from Bowe but he quickly addressed the future of the Kansas City Chiefs with this draft class, as well as QB Matt Cassel.
On the Chiefs future with this draft class: "Definitely going up. This draft class this year is looking fairly good. We can't do anything but go up after a season we had last year. It's expected. Now I have help on the other side at receiver so it should be nice things this year."
On Cassel's play: "That's my buddy. Football wise, as a player, man, he's one of the best. His name is going to keep rising as one of the top quarterbacks year after year."
One more interesting note: he says he doesn't really hang out much with the rest of the Chiefs. He says most of them go to wherever their hometowns are and do their own thing. His this is working out three times a week, he says.
Here's the video of the interview:
