SB Nation has you covered with grades for every pick at the 2011 NFL Draft Hub.
The first three rounds of the 2011 NFL Draft is over and the Kansas City Chiefs have added four new players to their rolls. Somehow, Scott Pioli and the rest of the Chiefs' brass were able to find players to fill slots in positions of need with every single pick over the last two days.
In the first round, the Kansas City Chiefs drafted Pitts WR Jonathan Baldwin. In the second round, KC took Florida State C Rodney Hudson. The third round brought the Chiefs Georgia LB Justin Houston and Miami DE Allen Bailey.
Once the 2011 NFL Draft is over, we'll have posts asking you to grade individual picks. I don't think it's that fair to grade a single pick in the context of the entire draft until that draft over is.

Rounds 1-3 Grade: A-
I could have gone B+ but I really feel like the Chiefs deserve an A grade for their work Thursday and Friday. Wheeling and dealing, plus grabbing players that were for the most part valued higher than where the Chiefs drafted them earns Pioli an A from me.
It's really tough to dispute the fact that the Chiefs have had a damn good draft so far. How often can you say I have these three areas of need and address every single one? In the first two days of the draft?
What is your grade for the first three rounds?
