The 2011 NFL preseason schedule will be released soon.

Like very soon...as in today.

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay announced via Twitter that the preseason schedule was coming and Pro Football Talk's Gregg Rosenthal has since confirmed the news that the preseason schedule, along with the national TV games, will be announced today.

The Kansas City Chiefs haven't announced anything yet on the preseason schedule but it looks like this is happening.

I'm assuming we'll have the St. Louis Rams and I wouldn't mind seeing the Green Bay Packers again after they won the 2011 Super Bowl. After that, I'd like to see Jim Harbaugh and the San Francisco 49ers, if only to remind him that the Chiefs would have beaten his Colts in the January, 7th 1996 divisional playoff game at Arrowhead Stadium if the kicker who shall not be named hadn't completely and totally blown it. (I'm over that game. I swear.) I'd also like to see the Chiefs face the Baltimore Ravens again.

Any preferences on teams the Chiefs will face in the preseason?
