Kansas City Chiefs LB Tamba Hali apparently injured his hand in Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears, according to a report from the KC Star, but it sounds like the injury won't affect him moving forward. Hali wasn't listed on the initial injury report for Week 14 so it must not be an issue.
That's good news for the Chiefs and bad news for the New York Jets.
"They got to Brady a few times which is hard to do," Jets coach Rex Ryan said of the Chiefs pass rush on Wednesday, "but the seven sack performance this past week is an indication of how this team really is rushing the passer now."
And that Tamba Hali dude isn't bad either.
"Like I say, Ryan continued, "the guy that you have to have your antenna up for is Tamba Hali, and they'll put him all over the place. It's not like he's always going to be on the right or always on the left. They move him all over the place, so we certainly have to know where he's at."
I suspect Hali would have a far easier time getting to the quarterback staying away from Jets left tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson.
