For the third consecutive week, we don't know who the Kansas City Chiefs starting quarterback will be. Over the last two weeks we haven't been sure if it would be Tyler Palko or Kyle Orton and now we can officially throw Ricky Stanzi's name into the mix.
Our first "Who will start?" poll came before Week 13 and 75 percent of readers said Orton would be starting. Of course, that was wrong.
Our second "Who will start?" poll came before last week's game against the New York Jets and 55 percent of readers said Palko, which was correct.
Now this is our third "Who will start?" poll. Your options are the incumbent Tyler Palko, the new guy Kyle Orton or the rookie Ricky Stanzi.
So who will it be? I'm rolling with Palko, for now. I haven't heard anything that suggests to me that they will make a change but Romeo Crennel, like Todd Haley (and every other coach in the NFL), said whoever gives them the best chance to win will play, which could mean Stanzi, or even Orton.
