Different teams must have different ways of handling injuries (within league rules, of course) because the Kansas City Chiefs opponent always have significantly more injuries than the Chiefs. The trend continues this week as the New York Jets have a total of 16 players on their injury report this week.
12 of those are probable and expected to play so that's a big chunk of them but DT Mike DeVito is doubtful and Rex Ryan has indicated throughout the week he's unlikely to play.
Three other guys are questionable -- G Brandon Moore, DT Marcus Dixon and RB Joe McKnight. Moore hasn't been practicing but the Jets have been optimistic about him playing on Sunday. McKnight, however, is not expected to play which is actually a pretty big injury. He's a really good return man so CB Antonio Cromartie is likely to return kicks now and CB Jim Leonhard will return punts.
We'll see about Brandon Moore, one of the Jets best offensive linemen. He'll be a game time decision but that's huge for KC if he can't go.
