Schedule Doesn't Let Up For The Chiefs

New, comments

The road to the end of the 2011 season won't get any easier for the Kansas City Chiefs. At 4-7, they probably need to win out if they're actually still "in this race."

Unfortunately, that will have to come against one of the toughest stretches of the schedule.

ESPN Stats and Info notes that the Chiefs and St. Louis Rams have the toughest remaining schedules with an opponents winning percentage of .673. The Rams have to play the 49ers twice down the stretch, along with the Steelers.

For KC, that schedule is: at Chicago, at New York, Green Bay, Oakland and at Denver. Every team in that stretch is legitimately in the playoff race so none of these are gimmes. (And the 0-7 Dolphins have shown us there are no gimmes for this team.)

The easiest remaining schedule?
