Chiefs Make Another Late Night Talk Show (For A Good Reason)

Back at the start of the 2011 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs were quickly becoming the laughingstock of the league getting outscored 89-10 in the first two games. For that, they had the honor of...getting made fun of by Jay Leno. A week later, the Chiefs lost again and they were again the butt of a Leno joke.

As I said back then, Conan is clearly better and he proved that this week when he had Rob Riggle on the show. The conversation turned to the Chiefs as Riggle explained he's a "huge Kansas City Chiefs fan. That's my team, do or die. Sorry to all you Raiders fans."

If you've been to a game at Arrowhead Stadium this season then you've probably seen Riggle screaming his head off on the JumboTron during a big part of the game. (Or on the Chiefs website with Paul Ruud.)

"The Chiefs asked me to come do something for their Monday night game last year and I did and then I taped a couple extra bits for them," Riggle said. "They show me screaming like from the movies, "Pow!", "In the face!", and things like that, so anytime something big happened on the field, they could pop that up."
