Raiders Beat Chargers, Lead AFC West Standings

New, comments

In case you missed it last night (I did), the Oakland Raiders beat the San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium 24-17. The Raiders now lead the AFC West standings with a 5-4 record. The Chargers have lost four games in a row.

The Kansas City Chiefs are second in the AFC West with a 4-4 record. The Chargers fall to 4-5. And the Denver Broncos are 3-5.

There is lots of coverage and videos of the game last night over at SBNation.com's Storystream.

The AFC West will continue to shake up this weekend, when the Chiefs take on the Broncos.

It's Joel's birthday today, which means I'm taking over for much of it. Be back soon with more. For now, just how serious is the Chargers' recent fall? Will they be in the AFC West race in December?
