We've got out monthly approval polls starting up today but before we did that I wanted to catch up on a few other polls we've run around here lately. We get well over 1,000 votes on these polls so it's a pretty good gauge of what the fans are thinking with these questions.
Here are a few polls we've had recently:
Which is more likely to occur?
- Chiefs making the playoffs: 46%
- Chiefs earning the No. 1 pick: 53%
Through about 300 votes in, this was actually reversed -- 51 percent said the playoffs and 48 percent said the No. 1 pick. I'm slightly surprised by these results as I thought we'd have more saying the Chiefs to the playoffs is more likely. That's a hard question, though. I can see it going either way.
Who gets the game ball of the week?
- Ryan Succop: 55%
- Tamba Hali: 13%
Pretty obvious here. Succop tied a couple franchise records en route to accounting for 16 of the Chiefs 22 points on Sunday. Hali had two sacks and was the most valuable player on defense.
Grade the Chiefs game against the Vikings
- B: 58%
- C: 27%
- A: 10%
My grade was a B so I agree with these results. It certainly wasn't pretty (which is where you get a lot of those C's) but a win is a win.
