The Kansas City Chiefs signature win during the 2010 season came early when they beat the San Diego Chargers on Monday Night Football. That sparked a three-game winning streak to start the season leaving the Chiefs as the last undefeated team in the NFL at the time.

That Monday night game last year was simply electric. It was one of the most memorable games for me personally. It was the rookies coming out party with the Dexter McCluster punt return and the Tony Moeaki touchdown. Derrick Johnson gave us a glimpse of the type of season he was going to have when he forced a fumble that lead to six points.

The rain was coming down, the New Arrowhead was unveiled and fans did the Tomahawk Chop on the way out of the game. It was special.

Is there any way the 2011 version of Chargers-Chiefs on Monday night can be better than last year? Chiefs coach Todd Haley was on WFAN with Mike Francesa last week and suggested this year could be even better.

"We were excited when the schedule came out and now even more so in the fact that is it Halloween. As great as last year was and the atmosphere it was just really something else last year when that game kicked off. I really believe it is going to be even better this year. I know everyone is really excited to go out there and give them there money's worth. That's for sure."

What say you, Chiefs fans? Is it possible this Monday nighter is even better than the 2010 version?
