Chargers Vs. Chiefs, Monday Night Football: What You Need To Know

Kansas City Chiefs. San Diego Chargers. Monday Night Football. First place in the AFC West.

Does life get much better than this?

While we await tonight's game, I put together a list of a bunch of the basic information for the game tonight. (What time can we start tailgating? What time does the stadium open? Who's singing the national anthem? Things like that.)

Here ya go....

Parking lot opens for tailgating: 3:00 p.m.

Stadium opens: 5:30 p.m.

Game time: 7:30 p.m.

WeatherNot an issue.

Costume information: You can wear costumes to the game but masks can't cover your face, you have to be able to sit down in your seat, top toy weapons aren't allowed and anything offensive or inappropriate won't be allowed in. Here are more details.

Alumni weekend: It's Alumni weekend so a bunch of former Chiefs will be at the stadium signing autographs. CB Kevin Ross is also being inducted into the Chiefs Hall of Fame.

National anthem: Brett Eldredge (country music)

Tickets to the gameYou can still get them but the game will be televised on ABC and ESPN.

Tamarick Vanover: When the Chiefs and Chargers played on MNF 17 years ago....Tamarick Vanover to the house.

Keys to the gameContain Antonio Gates; establish the run early; move Eric Weddle laterally; play the coverage called; pressure Philip Rivers.

Chiefs injury report: S Kendrick Lewis is the only name listed (ankle injury) and he's probable. RB Dexter McCluster missed practice earlier this week but it was non-injury related and he's expected to play.

Chargers injury report: It's a big one. See below:
