Here are my picks for all the Week 6 games....
Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons: I gotta roll with the Falcons here but it's clear this won't be blowout some of us may have thought it would be. The Falcons are struggling this season while the Panthers are surprisingly competitive with Cam Newton at QB. This should be a good game.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Cincinnati Bengals: I'll take the Bengals. The Colts are winless but have been competitive the last three weeks so the Bengals won't roll over them.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Pittsburgh Steelers: Pittsburgh should take care of business rather easily here. The Jags have a rookie QB in Blaine Gabbert and the Steelers defense is still elite (though a little more inconsistent).
Buffalo Bills vs. New York Giants: Tough one to pick here but I gotta ride the Buffalo train while it's still hot. They're intercepting passes and returning them for touchdowns at a high rate and Eli Manning has a tendency to throw picks. That should seal it for Buffalo.
San Francisco 49ers vs. Detroit Lions: Did anyone think before the season this could be a game of the week candidate? I'll pick Detroit and say the miracle season continues.
St. Louis Rams vs. Green Bay Packers: Undefeated Packers hosting the winless Rams. The safe pick is Green Bay.
Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins: I have to pick the Eagles here. No way they go to 1-5...right?
Cleveland Browns vs. Oakland Raiders: The Raiders are 6.5 favorites but whenever you think they'll win, they lose. I'm taking the Browns.
Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens: Baltimore is having an excellent season and that continues when they roll over the Texans.
New Orleans Saints vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The Bucs were dominated last week against San Francisco and, while I think they're more competitive here, I'm taking the Saints. Drew Brees is having a terrific season.
Dallas Cowboys vs. New England Patriots: The Cowboys are inconsistent. If the good Cowboys show up, this will be a hell of a game. Either way, I can't pick against New England at home.
Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears: Vikings make it two in a row with a road win over the Bears and Jared Allen makes life miserable for Jay Cutler.
Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets: Gotta go Jets. They're clearly the better team, even if they have struggled.
