Chiefs Say No Arrowhead Stadium Naming Rights Deal In Place

For the second consecutive day, the Kansas City Chiefs are denying a report out of the media. Yesterday, it was the report from Nick Wright that Scott Pioli planned to fire Todd Haley if the Chiefs lost to the Indianapolis Colts and today it's Bob Gretz's naming rights story.

A Chiefs spokesperson tells Kent Babb of the KC Star that "nothing is imminent" on the naming rights for Arrowhead Stadium. There's nothing in place and nothing is expected to be announced, Babb reports.

So, I'm not sure what to think now but I do hope, however this shakes out, that Arrowhead Stadium stays named Arrowhead Stadium.

It's Game Time.
