I said the we didn't expect many surprises on the Kansas City Chiefs inactive list outside of the status of new WR Kevin Curtis, who was signed this week. As it turns out, there is a slight surprise.
Curtis is active today and WR Chris Chambers is inactive. Chambers has been invisible at times this year but it's surprising a guy signed on Wednesday is snagging his gameday roster spot.
Here's the full list of inactives: WR Quinten Lawrence, FB Mike Cox, S Reshard Langford, LB Charlie Anderson, C Rudy Niswanger, NT Anthony Toribio and QB Tyler Palko (third QB).
There aren't any other surprises on that list. Keep an eye on Curtis to see how they're going to work him in.
So those on the gameday roster will try to do what the Chiefs haven't done in 17 years -- win a playoff game.
