ESPN was running their top 10 plays of the year and wouldn't you know it one of the Kansas City Chiefs comes in at No. 2 overall -- Tony Moeaki's diving one-handed touchdown grab against the San Francisco 49ers.
Pretty impressive for the Chiefs rookie, who had already had one touchdown catch on the season heading into that game.
Moeaki ended with the best rookie season for a tight end in franchise history. His 47 receptions were 14 better than Tony Gonzalez's rookie season and he was three yards from the highest yardage total for a rookie. He has received a lot of praise for being well-balanced including the blocking game.
