Caught up in the excitement over Kansas City Chiefs Jamaal Charles landing on the first team NFL All-Pro team, I totally missed WR Dwayne Bowe made the second team. He was actually tied with Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson.
Like Charles, this is very deserved as Bowe lead the NFL in touchdown receptions with 15 while catching 72 balls for 1,162 yards.
What made Bowe's season so special was how his 2009 season went. Coming in over-weight last year, getting suspended and then not producing, this is a nice cap on what has been a turnaround year for the Chiefs.
Charles (first team) and Bowe (second team) were the only two Chiefs on the list though I think there's an argument for LB Tamba Hali on one of those teams.
