Lots Of Offensive Coordinator News But All's Silent With Chiefs

Checking out the various NFL news today, I came across plenty of items about offensive coordinators -- just none involving the Chiefs.

The Miami Dolphins hired Brian Daboll from Cleveland as their offensive coordinator. Daboll has Weis ties so you could somehow make the case he'd be a fit in Kansas City. The Dolphins parted ways with Dan Henning shortly after the season.

In Denver, the Broncos officially announced John Fox would be retaining offensive coordinator Mike McCoy. The two worked together in Carolina so it made sense and the official announcement was expected. McCoy was considered a candidate with the Chiefs.

The Ravens announced offensive coordinator Cam Cameron would be remaining in Baltimore. The Ravens also have Al Saunders as a consultant and ESPN's Adam Schefter suggested Oakland as a possible destination for him.

In Carolina, the Panthers have brought on former Chargers tight end coach Rob Chudzinski as offensive coordinator.

So there's plenty of offensive coordinator news out there -- just not in Kansas City.
