In Week 1, the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Diego Chargers while the Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders also lost putting the Chiefs in sole possession of the AFC West lead.
In Week 2, the Chiefs won again but so did the rest of the AFC West keeping the Chiefs lead at one game.
In Week 3, the Chiefs once again took home a victory but the Chargers, Broncos and Raiders all lost.
That means that three games into the 2010 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs hold a two-game lead over the rest of the AFC West.
