Chiefs vs. Chargers: Dexter McCluster Upgraded To Questionable

The Kansas City Chiefs listed WR Dexter McCluster as doubtful for Monday night's game against the San Diego Chargers. This was a surprise to many since McCluster has no known injury.

Nevertheless, the Chiefs listed him as doubtful with an illness after missing Friday's practice.

But then McCluster practiced on Saturday night causing some to wonder what's up.

Whatever was wrong with McCluster, it's gotten better. Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com writes via Twitter that the Chiefs have upgraded McCluster to questionable with an illness.

In the NFL's language, questionable means he has a legitimate shot to play. Doubtful means there's a near certainty he won't play.

So this is very good news and I think an admission by the Chiefs that McCluster will likely play.
