Whatever was wrong with McCluster, it's gotten better. Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com writes via Twitter that the Chiefs have upgraded McCluster to questionable with an illness.
In the NFL's language, questionable means he has a legitimate shot to play. Doubtful means there's a near certainty he won't play.
So this is very good news and I think an admission by the Chiefs that McCluster will likely play.
