Chiefs vs. Packers Preseason: Short Week For Kansas City

The Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers will meet on Thursday evening for the final preseason game of the 2010 season.

For the Chiefs, the schedule couldn't work out better.

By playing their last preseason game on Thursday, they have ten open days until the regular season opener against the San Diego Chargers on Monday Night Football.

It also gives them two days before they need to cut their roster from 75 players to 53 players.

For the second straight week, the Chiefs defense will get an excellent test. The Packers are the No. 1 offense in preseason to this point. Just last week they put up 59 points on the Indianapolis Colts. And it's not all the second and third teams -- Aaron Rodgers completed 21-of-29 passes and had three touchdown passes.

The Packers are first in points, second in yards, second in pass yard and eighth in rushing yards.
