Add Tyler Palko And The Rookies To The List Of Chiefs Staying Busy This Offseason

This morning Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com ran down a few of the things Chiefs players are doing in the community the next few weeks on their summer vacation.

Matt Cassel spent his weekend at Charlie Weis' charity golf tournament while Chris Chambers hosted a football camp. We can add Tyler Palko to the list of Chiefs doing some good this offseason.

Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk writes this morning that he ran into Palko in West Virginia this morning on his way to Anthony Becht's annuall football camp.

Both Stephens-Howling and Palko were incredibly friendly and polite, and they seemed to be genuinely happy to be in town for the camp, which runs through Wednesday.

And this evening, the Chiefs rookie club will be making an appearance in Kansas City for a (free) interactive "Football AbilityCAMP for children ages 6-18 with disabilities, either physical or developmental."
