The Chiefs will conduct their very first training camp practice at the new facility in St. Joseph, MO on Friday, July 30th at 1:50 PM. They will have practices in St. Joe nearly every day until Thursday, Aug. 19th. From then, the Chiefs will return to Kansas City to complete their offseason before the start of the 2010 regular season.
Here are a few important dates:
- July 29th: Chiefs arrive at Missouri Western State University
- Aug. 7th: Family fun day and an intrasquad scrimmage. There is no scrimmage with another team this year.
- Aug. 13th: First preseason game against the Falcons
- Aug. 19th: Last practice in St. Joe
- Sept. 2nd: Final preseason game
