The Chiefs moved indoors for the morning session of rookie camp. It's not raining here in Kansas City but it's overcast. It's been raining on and off throughout the night.

We were able to see part of practice and it was pretty standard stuff.

They did some running and stretching to kick things off. Practice was actually pretty quiet as players seemed to focusing on the task at hand.

Later they broke into position groups and did some more drills.

The quarterback, Bill Stull out of Pittsburgh, was throwing the ball with Charlie Weis checking things out. Stull is a rookie tryout.

I had a good view of Dexter McCluster this morning. He was introduced as a receiver when the Chiefs drafted him but he was working with the running backs this morning.

I think it's safe to say that he can be playing anywhere on the field. He worked with the receivers yesterday.

I'm going to hear from some of the rookies right now. I'll be back around 1:00ish to let you know what they had to say.
