At Baltimore, Rex Ryan had a great defense. With the Jets, Rex Ryan has a great defense. This legacy will continue as long as Coach Ryan consistantly stocks up defensive talent during the draft.
In the 1st round we picked up OLB Jerry Hughes to help solidify the pass rush.
In round number two we will also be going defense.

Tyson brings a great attitude to a team in bad need of an image makeover. He is a guy who will work his tail off for Coach Ryan and earn the respect of his teammates. California plays a 3/4 defense, so Alualu will be able to adjust very quickly to the Jets 3/4 defense.
