Chiefs First Pick Could Be In The House On Draft Night

When I make my trek to New York City for the NFL Draft in about 10 days, it's very possible the Kansas City Chiefs first draft pick will be in the house.

According to Jason La Canfora of NFL.com, eight more players have confirmed they will attend the draft bringing the total number to 16.

Eight new players: Bradford, Florida CB Joe Haden, Clemson RB C.J. Spiller, Wake Forest CB Brandon Ghee, Iowa OT Bryan Bulaga, Texas DT Lamarr Houston, Georgia Tech WR Demaryius Thomas, Cal RB Jahvid Best.

Eight previous players: Nebraska DT Ndamukong Suh, Oklahoma DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma State OT Russell Okung, Georgia Tech DE Derrick Morgan, Oklahoma OT Trent Williams, Tennessee DT Dan Williams, Tennessee S Eric Berry, and Penn State DT Jared Odrick.

Notable name missing: Alabama LB Rolando McClain.

Per La Canfora, there are still invites out to quarterbacks Jimmy Clausen, Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow.

Is the Chiefs draft pick in that group? My guess for the pick is McClain so I'm going with no. Vote in the poll below.
