The push towards final completion of Arrowhead Stadium continued its ramp up in the month of March with
increased construction activity in the areas within the stadium including the old press box, the Owner’s Suite and
continued finish out of the new press box. A summary by area is below:

On-Going Areas of Construction: Plaza Level Construction continues in the old press box on the south side and the new team store and children’s learning area on the north side.

Club Level Demolition of the Owner’s Suite is complete and the construction of new suites
in the old press box continues. The club lounges continue to progress with more
gypsum board work being installed every day.

Upper Concourse Work is progressing on the food service areas on the south side.

Horizon Level/Press Box Rough in work is complete and finish work has begun in all areas. Preparatory
work to install glass has begun on the south (field) side of the press box.

Exterior Reconstruction work for Red Coat Lane and Lancer Lane adjacent to Arrowhead
is continuing and the construction of Hank Stram Way (on the south side) has
begun. On the north side, grading work has begun on the exterior plaza areas.
