Chiefs Send Scout To Western Michigan Pro Day

The Kansas City Chiefs sent a scout to the Western Michigan Pro Day yesterday afternoon, according to Graham Couch of the Kalamazoo Gazette. Apparently, the prospect that has the best chance of being drafted, QB Tim Hiller, had already worked out at the NFL Combine so not many scouts showed up.

With the Broncos' top prospect, quarterback Tim Hiller, having already worked out at the NFL Scouting Combine and the rest of WMU's departing seniors barely on the NFL radar, only two scouts showed - one from the New Orleans Saints, the other from the Kansas City Chiefs.

Hiller is projected as a late round or undrafted free agent. He fits the profile of a late round quarterback the Chiefs could be looking at -- big and smart. At 6'4", 229 pounds he's definitely got the size down.

After the jump, are a link to a few other UDFA candidates the Chiefs might be looking at.
