[Update: The Dolphins can't technically release Porter until March 5th]
The Kansas City Chiefs are in need of a pass rushing outside linebacker.
The Miami Dolphins just released one.
Joey Porter, 32, served two seasons with the Dolphins after playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers for the first eight years of his career.
He was benched for part of the 2009 season, which was where a lot of his problems with the Dolphins started.
He's still got it, if sacks mean anything. He's accumulated 26.5 in the last two years.
If Wikipedia is to be trusted, Porter was born in Kansas City.
