Penalties Hurting And Helping The Kansas City Chiefs; Still Lead 10-3

An unnecessary roughness penalty by the Denver Broncos extended a Kansas City Chiefs' drive all the way to the goal line. But a false start penalty and a sack on fourth down thwarted the Chiefs' attempt to make it into the end zone. The Chiefs have seven penalties and the Broncos only have three.

The Chiefs are dominating the Broncos in first downs and total yards. But even though Kansas City has owned the third quarter time of possession, they have nothing to show for it.

The fourth quarter is about to start. It's 10-3 in favor of the Chiefs and the Broncos are driving.
