Dwayne Bowe's TD Celebration: 'Only One Man Is Permitted To Jump Into The Stands'

You learn something new during just about every NFL game.

That was the case on Sunday during the Kansas City Chiefs and Cincinnati Bengals with a penalty called following Dwayne Bowe's 75-yard touchdown reception. As you can see in the video above (which comes via bfett81), Bowe catches an awesome 75-yard touchdown pass from Matt Cassel.

Bowe zips into the end zone -- doesn't it seem his wheels after the catch have improved dramatically this year? -- and jumps into the crowd of fans. He's quickly followed by Jamaal Charles, who jumped into the stands, and then Matt Cassel.

The referee pulls out the flag and....unsportsmanlike conduct on Charles? Indeed, what I learned today: "Only one man is permitted to jump into the stands."

In all my years of watching football, I'm not sure I recall ever seeing this penalty. Does anyone remember anything like this?

So Charles gets pegged with the penalty (even though Cassel was the third to jump into the stands).

By the way, Bowe also passed 1,000 yards on the year with that play. He ended with 153 yards, the third best yardage day of his career. And he also ended the day with 1,094 receiving yards on the season -- a career high. It's been a good day and a good season for Dwayne Bowe.
