The Kansas City Chiefs good health continues into Week 16 as Matt Cassel is off the injury report and just two players remained after Thursday.

S Donald Washington and LB Cory Greenwood didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday. Washington has an ankle injury and Greenwood an illness. Todd Haley says his policy is you have to practice to play so we'll see today if these guys have a shot at playing. It would cause a few changes to the lineup if they can't go, but mostly special teams.

For Tennessee, there are a few big names that went from not practicing on Wednesday to getting back out there on Thursday. QB Kerry Collins returned to practice. He has a finger injury but after missing practice on Wednesday, he was back on Thursday, which suggests he'll be good to go on Sunday. If he can't go, QB Rusty Smith would step in. DE Jason Babin, former Chief, has a shoulder injury but he got back to practice on Thursday. K Rob Bironas also returned to practice.

It doesn't look like injuries will be much of an issue this week.

As long as Jamaal Charles doesn't cramp up.
