The Kansas City Chiefs enter Tennessee Titans week with just one name on the injury report once again. Last week, that lone name was QB Matt Cassel but you won't see his name there this week. Two weeks after undergoing an appendectomy Cassel has been deemed healthy enough to avoid the injury report.
Josh Looney of KCChiefs.com (who has now soared past us in total Twitter followers) reports there was one name on the injury report this week -- S Donald Washington. (Cory Greenwood also missed practice for an illness. Cue the appendectomy alarms...)
Even with Cassel's one-game absence, the Chiefs have been awfully healthy for much of the year. [Knock on wood] The only injury scare last week was RB Jamaal Charles but that was just cramps.
For the Titans, three players did not practice: DE Jason Babin (shoulder), K rob Bironas (groin) and QB Kerry Collins (finger). Two players were limited: DT Jason Jones (shoulder). One player practiced in full: DT Sen'Derrick Marks (ankle).
