Kansas City Chiefs head coach has said a few times over the past few weeks that no one is 100 percent healthy at this point in the year. Of course there's a difference between being banged-up and having an actual injury. As for the latter, the Chiefs claim just one player.
QB Matt Cassel is the lone name on the Chiefs injury report this week. The proof at KCChiefs.com:
Last week the Chiefs were the healthiest team in the league with just three players listed on the injury report. The Chicago Bears were close behind with four players listed but this highlights the string of good luck (knock on wood) the Chiefs have had with injuries this year -- well, except for that Cassel guy.
The injury report also tells us that CB Javier Arenas, who was blown up on a special teams play last week against the San Diego Chargers, is apparently OK.
We'll see how the rest of the week plays out (and, no, I didn't jinx it -- I knocked on wood).
