Chiefs Take 7-0 Lead Over Raiders After Two Challenges

The Kansas City Chiefs take a 7-0 lead over the Oakland Raiders at the start of the second quarter on Sunday at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. The Chiefs scoring drive was highlighted by a 30-yard pass interference call on Oakland, QB Matt Cassel throwing a touchdown pass to TE Tony Moeaki that was later overturned and then a touchdown pass to WR Verran Tucker that was reviewed but not overturned.

There have also been two fake punts.

The Chiefs lined up to go for it on the Raiders 40-yard line on a fourth and one before guard Ryan Lilja jumped early pushing the Chiefs back five yards. KC lined up for the punt and switched into a fake punt formation. Javier Arenas took the snap, faked the handoff to Terrence Copper and went up the gut failing to get the first down.

The Raiders fake punt came on a direct snap before Chiefs special teamer took down the ball carrier before the first down.

The Chiefs lead the Raiders 7-0 early in the second quarter.
