This is what happens when you win big: Awards!

The Kansas City Chiefs aren't receiving a midseason Super Bowl trophy so these awards don't mean much but they're pretty cool nonetheless.

QB Matt Cassel is up for the FedEx Air player of the week. Cassel posted four touchdown passes and no interceptions in his second straight road game matching the last person to do that, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady, back in 2007. Cassel completed 22-of-32 passes for 233 yards.

Speaking of Brady, he and Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler are the other candidates.

RB Jamaal Charles blew up in impressive fashion once again. On 22 carries, he had 173 yards as he passed 1,000 yards on the season. The other two candidates -- San Francisco RB Brian Westbrook and Cleveland Browns RB Peyton Hillis -- are about 40 yards behind so Charles has a good shot to win this week.

As usual, we're looking to fix this vote. So head on over to NFL.com and make sure these guys come out with another win.
