Chiefs Owner Clark Hunt Comments On Randy Moss

Randy Moss has been officially placed on waivers by the Minnesota Vikings which means other teams can comment on him without violating league rules. Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt talked with NBC Action News in Kansas City on Tuesday and was asked about -- who else? -- Randy Moss.

"I’m going to leave that to Scott Pioli and Todd Haley," Hunt told NBC Action Sports on Tuesday. "That’s really their decision. I think obviously the entire league was surprised to see him get released. It will be interesting to see where he ends up."

There's not much we can glean from these comments other than it would appear a move for Moss wouldn't be blocked by ownership. With a player of Moss's reputation that's something you would wonder. GM Scott Pioli has said he's never been limited in potential personnel moves because of ownership so we didn't expect Hunt to rule out the move (and even if he has ruled out the move we didn't expect him to tell us that either).

Just a few more hours until we see who will be awarded the next Super Bowl Randy Moss.

Check out the full story over at NBC Action News, including Glenn Dorsey's reaction to that question.
