Kansas City Chiefs Leave Denver Broncos Game Dinged Up

The Kansas City Chiefs left the Denver Broncos game beat up on the scoreboard and the health department. KC has been pretty healthy this season but they might have added a couple of names to the injury report on Sunday.

G Brian Waters entered the game as questionable with a shoulder injury and left the game with a groin injury chasing down Broncos LB Jason Hunter who recovered a QB Matt Cassel fumble. G Jon Asamoah replaced him.

TE Tony Moeaki left the game with what Nick Wright of 610 Sports reports is a concussion. Moeaki's injury came on the onside kick and left him wobbling him to the ground. A concussion would require him to pass some tests before getting back on the field.

S Kendrick Lewis and S Jon McGraw did not play with injuries. We're not sure what their status is but neither is expected to be long-term.

WR Dexter McCluster has missed three consecutive games with an ankle injury. Various reports indicated he started making some progress last week so maybe this is the week for him.

RT Barry Richardson was pulled in the game but it didn't look like it was injury related.

The Chiefs may not have a large number of injuries but those are all pretty important players that are banged up. We'll find out on Wednesday what their practice status is and then their game status on Friday.
